Sophie has over 5 years' experience in the trust industry and holds her full STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, with a further 5 years gaining a variety of experience in recruitment, business operations and compliance.

She started her Trust career working for Bank of Singapore where she gained an in-depth understanding of settlor directed trust structures working predominately with Asian clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Manilla.

She also has experience with large property transactions and working on investment portfolios and compliance monitoring and reporting. Her experiences in both recruitment and operations has enabled her to be able to build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders and have involvement in a variety of internal management projects.
